Jim was extremely helpful in getting us into a new cart and trading in our 20 year old cart. He was very responsive to all questions we had, got back to us in a timely manner and spent a lot of time with us discussing options. He allowed us to test drive carts on multiple occasions as we made our selections. He had our old cart sold a bit quicker than anticipated, so he put us in a loaner cart until our new one was delivered. We love our new customized cart. There are many new golf cart dealers around EI but John’s has been around the longest. The reason being they are honest and dependable people. Needed an extended top and some work on our lights. Picked it up and brought it back two days later and it was all fixed. We’ve been in there and they are the nicest most helpful folks. As long as we have a cart, they have our business. Highly recommend.
